Ironically, I came to this coffee shop because of the awful reviews. Some of them were just so outrageous sounding that it made me lift an eyebrow. Especially when a business is female owned I'm suspicious of negative reviews and want to see for myself! I often wonder if a bad review is just somebody having a bad day and after my experience today, I believe it is.
