I was rushed by the salad bar attendant who instead of listening, decided to make a salad of his own creation and continued to rush me down the line and skipped a majority of the ingredients. Our server was so bland and less than enthusiastic I thought she was the unhappiest person I've ever met. While walking back with our salads to our table, not one, but two servers came charging through us. It was just incredibly rude considering I was with my grandmother who had full hands. If they are so miserable working here, they should consider working somewhere else. Our table was hardly cleaned when we sat down. We wiped it down ourselves with a napkin to find the white napkin had turned dark. The carpet around the restaurant was gross as well. Decor was shabby and haphazard. I have to say I was entirely impressed by the food though. The salad bar was fresh and delicious. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. If you love garlic, the garlic crusted steak is delicious. I had fully intended to hate the food but was pleasantly surprised.

No hot bread, chicken was nasty, steak was mediocre, definitely not dry aged ,mash potatoes were bland, salad bar was help your self , no steaks had bones , no water was offered

No real complaints clean, server are well groomed. Food the same some what pricey. The most important thing is giving a customer what preferences they may have. For me it Equal my choice of artificial sweeteners. For my unsweetened ice tea. For me it's a deal breaker to cut back on such an item. And to offer ONLY Splenda......

Different from the older Charlie browns but still the same food. Salad bar isn't self serve but still all of the same fixings. Queen cut prime rib still as good as always! Staff was very friendly as well.

Went on a Saturday afternoon not busy immediately seated but took 20 minutes for our server to come over and we should have just left. Everything to come out took 30 plus minutes even for a drink refill. Server Justin was severely inattentive and never came to check or give updates. Prime rib came out after 90 minutes and while cooked to the perfect temperature lacked flavor. Salad bar is not self service which if we knew we would have opted to go elsewhere. Will not be returning.

Took my family a couple of times already. The food didn't disappoint.The salad bar is great. It was such a success that I had to share my plate with one of my kids.The only caveat with this location is service. If you don't mind that. Focus on the food. It is worth it.In terms of food, I highly recommend the cheese curds and please stay away from the bistro steak.
