We visited the Scotch Plains location for a family dinner. You can't go wrong with their menu — steak was cooked perfectly to temp, juicy, and packed with flavor. Their chili is amazing. The atmosphere is still classic, cozy, and great for families. The only downside is that the salad bar runs slow, because you have to wait to be served post-COVID. Service was incredibly friendly, though a little bit slow during dinner rush. Still a reliable neighborhood staple!

Ambient Music was a bit loud, which likely contributed to louder conversations. Server was fairly hard to find, not checking up on us very often. Food was great, would recommend got date night.

I definitely love this restaurant great service just a little bit dark they should open the shades a little bit more and let some light in otherwise I always come back I like this place
