The woman who helped me (probably the manager or supervisor) was totally attentive, hustling, and completely on the ball. She greeted customers promptly and was polite and very quick with service. I hope she is highly valued by the owners.

there’s always a mistake with my drink order. I went in yesterday asked for almond milk, she gave me oat milk! Not a huge deal but the staff should have asked to make a new drink but they did not care to make a new one.

Today I ordered a matcha with almond milk and sweetener. They used regular milk. To be charged for a substitute milk and not get the right and have to deal with the side affects as someone that is lactose in tolerant is disappointing.

When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently.
