I went there today 11/21/25 exactly at 3:51 pm on friday i was trying to order some tea and coffe and possibly some food when i went to the drive thru i asked to get my tea with milk and asked to get my milk steamed i got a simple answer no the man refused to make my order over what i honestly dont know so far that was the worst customer service i have ever experienced

My local Dunkin when I’m in the states and I really enjoy coming here. The staff is very friendly and quick, the coffee great. I dropped my coffee outside once as I left the store and Julie was already making me a new one as stepped inside again. Very nice service, thank you

Firstly the food was good and it came surprisingly fast and it was deliciousand fresh! The workers there are welcoming and friendly I think this one worker named Julie was very kind and greeted me!, and the bathrooms were very clean! Great first experience Would come again.

This is the WORST DD EVER.Coffee tastes like burnt coffee. Other times, the coffee tastes like water and sugar. Staff are not friendly at all. It's totally a waste of money. Not happy at all. DISGUSTING.

My coffee tasted burned and my food took forever to get. This is not the first time this has happened. Had to ask a couple times what was going on and the employees were scrambling around clueless. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other Dunkin but this one. There’s always new employees behind the counter. Not a good sign of a well run business. Awful!!!!!!!
