Conrad and his team are the most courteous and professional people you will ever meet. Conrad is knowledge and a master at his craft. This was my 4th visit to First Option and the 2md juice cleanse. If you want the best quality, healthy, tasty snacks, meals ( hot and cold)food, juices, smoothies, etc. First Option is the place to visit hands down!

If I could give 10 stars I would! As a vegan , I find comfort in knowing that everything is extremely fresh and natural. The owner is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Food was amazing!

My top favorite foods are the veggie bowl, the salmon bowl and the vegan and gluten free snacks.
The skinny waist cleanse lives up to its name. I asked a lot of questions before deciding to do it. And I am glad I did. I learned to like salads again, it helped break my food addiction and I achieved my goals.
This place is a gem and so is Conrad!

First Option is truly my FIRST option when I need a boost of "good things" in my system. From their juices, to their menu options and in between, I'd highly recommend this shop to anyone I know (and often do). The staff is very pleasant. The owners are very knowledgeable, and always willing to make suggestions based on things you may be experiencing. With their extensive background in health and nutrition, it's a sure bet that you'll have great options to choose from. Not to mention how quaint and calming the shop is. Do yourself a favor and stop by First Option as often as you can. You can come back to this review and thank me later! Lol

The entire experience is phenomenal. As soon as you walk in the door, you’re greeted with good welcoming conversation with wholesome music playing in the background. The juices are to die for. I live 30 minutes away but make my way here sometimes. I’m doing the juicing cleanse and I feel healthier and have slimmed down. They used to have these Jamaican beef patties which complimented the juices well. Unfortunately, it’s not currently on the menu at this time but was told they will bring it back soon!

Owner is super friendly and supportive. Tried my first 3 day skinny waist- Not gonna lie I was skeptical and had self doubt. Well fast forward 3 days… I did it!! I have a greater sense of self control, clarity in thinking and weight loss. I realized that even in stressful times I can do this!! I learned I enjoy my juices - ice cold so I pop in freezer 15 minutes before consuming. I feel light- and energetic went back for another 3 day supply.

I’ve been coming here for a while and the owner and all the workers are the nicest people you’ll ever meet. They’re so kind and with every interaction they make your day better. The smoothies are amazing and the food is really good. Fresh, quality ingredients that are healthy, clean and good for you! What could be better than prioritizing your health, getting a quality meal and/or beverage and experiencing the best customer service! I highly recommend First Option Juice Hub. They also play great music and it creates a great energy and atmosphere. Come visit First Option Juice Hub and Salad Bar!
Dietary restrictions: They are extremely accommodating with dietary restrictions! They can easily swap out any dairy products for plant based milk. I highly appreciate this as a vegan. Great place for vegans and people with dietary restrictions to try as well!
