First Option Juice Hub and Salad Bar

NOT RELATED TO THE FOOD—I went here yesterday around 4:00pm and there’s a ‘For Rent’ sign. This should be listed as permanently closed.

I asked for fresh squeezed orange juice with 2 cubes of ice - was getting 3. I went out for a bit and came to check a few minutes later only to find the lady loading up my cups with ice with half filled orange juice. I told her I don’t want them since it waters down the juice and her response was that she’s not putting water in. Ok…. The guy who took my order stood there silently clearly knowing the girl messed up. They didn’t do the order over because they had no more oranges which I suspect is why she tried to cheat. If you go, make sure you look at what they do since these two were trying to pull a fast one. Very disappointing !

I work across the street-ish. And i recently started going here for lunch. The first couple times i went in the food was great. I had to wait a little, but it was worth it. Recently, I’ve gone in to get the Beet Bliss Bowl specifically, and the one time I got it, i didn’t look in the bag before leaving, and when I went to pull the bowl out of the bag it had no beets in it! In fact the only thing it had in it that was in the description was quinoa and salmon. I was very disappointed. The second time i went back again after that, the bowl was ok, not all of the ingredients still, but at least it had beets! But the woman behind the counter had her earbuds in and asked me multiple times to repeat myself before taking them out. She was trying to get me out the door quickly. Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill. Very disappointed. 😔

Don’t recommend they are inconsistent and made my drink wrong and when i told them they didn’t even remake it they just added something i heard the guy worker tell his other employee that she didn’t need to throw it out. I also got a salad which i paid extra for chicken and didn’t even get it! So annoying , and they barely give any sauce definitely don’t recommend this place

I'm a pretty regular customer and Im usually quite pleased. My order, came out quite inappropriate, chicken was not well prepared. I was extremely surprised because I love your food. Maybe you had a different chef on this particular day. I hope, this was a one time issue

Excellent organic salads, bowls, juices, smoothies and more. Highly recommend this place for very good food options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians who want to eat healthy & organic. Worth it!

I was blessed enough to get some saltfish and provision. It is not a regular menu item, but if ever blessed to have it, do not turn it down. fair warning, all productivity goes out of the window after eating this meal. The menu items are stellar as well, but thank God for the treats every now and again.

First time visitor… Rome was so nice to deal with… The energizer smoothie was delicious and the quinoa and chicken bowl… Put it this way, I will have to get that again on my next visit!

Went here today, and had a wonderful experience! The customer service from the staff and management was amazing. When you walk in the store you feel a presence that is very welcoming. I had an island bliss, and it was delicious! I am definitely a fan, and would recommend to all.

I went for the first time due to feeling sluggish. I knew I needed a a smoothie to help me through. My friend Sharon said I know the right place to go and took me there!!! After drinking that smoothie, I FELT 100% BETTER!! I left with buying a dinner and the 3 day skinny body drinks!! I WILL GO BACK AND RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE!!!
