Went for a Hike at the Watchung Reservation, once we finished headed here for a nice breakfast bowl.
Now im a fan of Oatmeal, but this place took it up a notch. I got the protein bowl with Bananas and extra Soulnola. Man, lemme tell you, im coming back.

I used to love gettin ice cream. But in the middle of May of this year, It was time to eat healthier. Less sugar, more fruits and vegetables. I discovered Souls Bowls last year, but now this is my favorite place. Ice cream is out and Soul Bowl is forever etched in my heart and in my stomach 😋
