Service was great. My friend's liked their meals. The appetizers were great. I ordered risotto that I couldn't eat. It tasted like a wheel of parmesan cheese was grated into it. Otherwise, everything else was great.
We had reserved a table inside and got it on time. The drinks were expensive and were unfortunately not great (I could not even taste any Aperol in my Aperol Spritz), but the ravioli and Cobb salad entrées were good. The pistachio dessert tart special was nice. It was hard to have a conversation as the room was very loud. So for our goal of a small family gathering to celebratea special event, it wasn't a great choice, but I can totally see it being good for a large gathering.
Like most historic buildings converted to restaurants the atmosphere isn't the best. It's old. Attending a repast isn't the best time to evaluate service and food. The staff were very nice and did their best to accommodate approximately 50 at once. The food was presented cleanly and was edible. The new outside bar and seating looked really nice.
