Horrible food and even worse service. Not even one star they deserve. I should have read the reviews before I walked in. So many bad reviews.

So, I ordered an avocado toast on a bagel for $20. What I got? Two Sunny Side Up eggs with runny whites (yes, I said Sunny Side Up, but that means the yolks should be runny—not the egg whites dripping raw). On top of that, a few sad, blackish avocado slices—so little avocado it didn’t even cover the bagel.

When I asked for something else, the cashier told me she’d just remake the same disgusting black avocado slices. No thanks. So I switched to two slices of Sicilian pizza worth only $11. But here’s the kicker—she refused to refund me the difference because I wouldn’t accept her “redo” of that sad excuse for avocado toast. Basically, I paid $20 and walked away with $11 worth of food. That’s not customer service—that’s theft with a smile.

I didn’t argue at the moment, but I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. Consider this review your warning: overpriced, low-quality food, and management that nickel-and-dimes customers instead of making things right. Save your money and your appetite—this place isn’t worth either.

Pleasant experience! Staff was nice to offer solution for their lack of plastic knife. Place needs improvement and organization. general cleaning probably to clear out the dusts on the area. Al fresco dining. High chair seen. No restroom. See images for reference.

I've been to Gigi's a few times before. We were walk in customers looking for take out. They promised 5 pizzas in 20 minutes and here we are an hour and a half later and still no pizzas. They alleged a power outage. However, we were next-door having drinks and we know the power outage was just a few minutes if at all. What we actually saw was other orders (door dash), telephone and other orders being put ahead of us. You have 4 ovens that hold 6 plus pizzas that cook in 15 minutes. Just be honest. We could have gone to Sea Bright pizza 2 blocks away. Seems like they didn’t want to lose a business and over promised under delivered. This is a fail tonight. Pizza was good...except the Margherita lacked any basil. We will give you another try.

BEWARE OF TAKEOUT WAIT TIMES Ordered take out and told it would be a half hour. Then when we arrived told another 15 minutes. 30 minutes later told it was just coming out and asked to pay it they took another 15 minutes to be done. Extremely frustrated as meant we missed over 45 minutes of a family party. It’s peak season people are happy to wait but be upfront and don’t misrepresent the length of time it’s going to take to fulfil the order.

Pizza was delicious! Came in handy at the beach with a hungry fam and everyone loved it. Only problem is while waiting for our pizza we watched the girl behind the counter take someone’s pizza who asked for it to go instead and before packing it she picked at the pizza and ate whatever she picked.

The Penny vodka was watery. The only thing that was good was the Pepsi and the garlic powder and the container. Pizza was a 4

Sausage with Broccoli Rabe sandwich is my favorite! The pepperoni pizza with everything seasoning on the crust was a pleasant surprise.

Had some issues with online ordering through grub hub. Other than that, the staff was amazing at resolving the issue and pizza is good. We will be back!!!

It's good pizza but almost $4 for a plain slice is highway robbery

I’m honestly in love with this place. The general tsos pizza became an instant classic in our house. The pork osso buco is an absolute banger, but what took me by surprises the most was their cream of mushroom soup. Holyyyy smokes. The boyf and I were sick and ordered three of their soups. All of which were wonderful but the cream of mushroom was so remarkable we ordered it again two days later. I can safely say it’ll be an add on each time we order.
