The food is fresh and beautifully presented. Waitstaff is so helpful. The restaurant is immaculate. Our favorite restaurant. It is worth the hour and a half drive to get there.
Miao is the best, superb service
i’ve had endless amounts of sushi all over the world… but this place really hits home. the consistency, the quality, the flavor, and the vibe… simply amazing. it’s a hole in the wall for sure and the servers are very kind. highly recommend and consider my favorite sushi/japanese place EVER.

Yumi Sea Bright is definitely worth a visit. The dishes are full of flavor and every item tried was amazing. The staff is warm, knowledgeable, and attentive, making dining here a great experience. Even non-sushi lovers were impressed by the fresh and exceptional dishes. The wide selection of specialties, including the delicious wagyu gyoza, is a highlight. The owner and head chef are very welcoming and skilled, and the atmosphere is quiet and intimate, perfect for conversation. The menu features favorites like the sweet onion roll, which melts in the mouth, and the omakase and wagyu, praised for their authenticity, flavor, and creativity. The restaurant offers fresh sushi at very reasonable prices, with simple yet elegant presentation. Service is quick and friendly, even during busy times, and the food consistently impresses with its freshness and taste. Overall, Yumi Sea Bright clearly showcases the talent of its chefs and provides a memorable sushi experience. Amazing food and so many great options to choose from. The new pan-seared rice crispy tuna was amazing. Everything is fresh and well made, always presented beautifully. It is a BYO. Our server had great energy and made the experience even better. The sushi was incredibly fresh and full of flavor. The quality really stood out. You can tell it’s authentic Japanese sushi. Best sushi in Monmouth County. Very fresh fish, everything was tasty and delicious. Service was quick and friendly.
