We’re visiting the area and had dinner at Yumi, across the street from the Jersey Shore. We were greeted with a pleasant blend of prossionalism and personal service. They really cared to provide an exceptional experience. Dishes at Yumi are works of art- the presentation is exquisite. The size, shape, everything about the sushi specialty rolls was perfect. LOVE the Yumi style. Would give more than five stars if possible.
Sushi was very good as were the cocktails. The wagyu nigiri was fantastic. Ahi ceviche was spicy but tasty. Black cod entree was fantastic with miso glaze. Very noisy if you're hard of hearing. Only (odd I know) complaint is that the nigiri comes out so fast after ordering we didn't even have our drinks sipped on yet. Like legit 3 minutes. It then became much better spaced out after the first couple of courses 
Umi was such an incredible dining experience. The service is incredible and of course the food is fresh and simply incredible. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience here and cannot wait to come back!
