i’ve had endless amounts of sushi all over the world… but this place really hits home. the consistency, the quality, the flavor, and the vibe… simply amazing. it’s a hole in the wall for sure and the servers are very kind. highly recommend and consider my favorite sushi/japanese place EVER.

My favorite sushi in NJ. The fish is 10/10 fresh and all dishes are works of art with such vibrant unique flavors. The garlic salmon sashimi with toast and the tuna pizza are pure crack. The texture of the toast is insane. Spicy tuna roll looks so simple but tastes so good and just melts in your mouth. Love the fair haven and toro roll. Prices are so reasonable too - you can have a field day for like $50 a guy.

as someone who grew up with parents in the seafood industry my whole life, yumi is the most high quality affordable sushi in all of this region - i’m forever impressed and hope to be back
