I had to make sure this Google review went out for Gracie and the Dudes Ice Cream Store. I was there Saturday May 16, 2026 in Sea Bright, NJ.
I stumbled upon Gracie and the Dudes years before the Pandemic when I found Sea Bright. Brian the owner used to be a former Executive for Hershey then left that job for his Family is my recollection of past conversation with the owner. Brian the owner is a master of his craft. My impression of Brian is he can be grumpy at times when you meet him, but that does not take away from his outstanding product creations!
He formulated removing egg from his Ice Creams, No Chemicals, No Additives. I asked the young lady working behind the Counter Saturday, if Polysorbate 80 was in their Ice Cream and she said No.
I bought 2 Pints of Strawberry and 1 Pint of Nutella. The Pints were $11.50 each. Owner has a special where you buy 4 Pints and you get 1 Pint free. They make their own Waffle Cones.
Public Parking in the Lot across the street for the Beach. Parking is $2 and hour. There is Street Parking. It is Cash Only. There is an ATM in the Store.
Brian named his Ice Cream Store after his 3 Children. My understanding is he wanted a clean Ice Cream product to feed to his children. His water ices have the quality of a high quality Sorbet. It is worth the trip to Sea Bright, NJ. If you go to the Beach, make some time to go to Gracie and the Dudes Ice Cream Store. Staff experience was outstanding!
I am exploring making my own Ice Cream, but Gracie and Dudes is worth the trip, if you care what you put in your own body and feed your children. Prices can seem high, but you have to decide, if you want to eat cheap ice cream with who knows what is in there or have a go with what Gracie and the Dudes in Sea Bright, NJ has to offer.

Such a great ice cream sho! Such great flavors with a wide variety to choose from. The carnival cookie swirl is the best!! Grace helped me out was super sweet & friendly she had excellent customer service! Hands down my favorite ice cream place!!!!!!
