This store needs to go. There have been complaints (with pictures) detailing how atrocious this location is for at least 4 years, and nothing has been done. I ordered here yesterday, against my better judgment, and the portion size was an absolute joke. Every other Chipotle I’ve visited gives appropriate portions. I didn’t go in the store, so I don’t know if the cleanliness issues have been addressed. However, if the food is still this bad, it’s obvious that the problem hasn’t been solved.The personal responses by the owner/management/corporate mean nothing if nothing gets better. Four years is plenty of time to turn a restaurant around. They need a complete overhaul of employees, from management down, or else it needs to go.If this location is going to be allowed to exist in this condition, maybe further action needs to be taken, such as contacting the town, or petitioning the landlord to terminate their lease. I used to have a high opinion of Chipotle until repeatedly horrendous experiences at this store.

Food is over-salted, overcooked and the place is filthy! Literally a half a chicken thigh in a bowl. Very small portions for the price! The one in Brick is much better.

This location is the worse in the area, servings are beyond small portions and the workers are rude. The mangers are rude. My orders have been wrong the last 2 times I’ve been here. I guess I have to drive another 25 minutes to get chipotle at another location.

Chipotle at another location has given me food poisoning so I only get it occasionally. I ordered for 1:10 didn't get acknowledged until 1:20. The portion was small, about an half scoop of chicken and cold. 2 ppl that came in after me got attended to sooner. There was guac on the bag that got all over my passenger car seat as well. Just bring the pickup shelf back or have an associate specifically handle takeout. Chipotle has done nothing but go downhill for 3-5 years now such a shame.

Bad customer service. Ran out of half the food 2 hours before closing. Free guac day, and they told me it wasn’t true. I asked for more rice after they filed it 1/8 of the way and he gave me a tablespoon worths more. I hate this chipotle. Brick chipotle is better.

Ordered $50 of take out the other night from this store. Tiny burritos smaller than my small hands, barely any chicken in my bowl, warm sodas. Such a disappointment will not be going back when there’s several comparable spots nearby.

Been to this chipotle numerous time and everyone working behind the counter has had attitude with one another causing mistakes in my orders. They also never have salad which is something every chipotle supplies.

This place is BEYOND vile. Everyone in line was leaving because of how disgusting the store was. I wait 20 minutes and finally get to the front and the worker says they are out of brown rice and they made the “white rice wrong” and proceeds to show me the soggy, mushy watery white rice. I literally just left. The trash was more than overflowing-it was falling onto the floor so it had to be an entire day’s worth. This place is beyond saving and really just needs to go. It would be a positive thing if Sea Girt lost this store where people can’t even scoop rice correctly into a bowl and clean the place once every 6 hours
