Ordered on line twice. Went at pick up time even a little after and it still wasn’t done! Why??? If I just drove went in to order I would be in and out in a minute. This is not how this business should be and your employees are rude when you ask for help as to why your order isn’t ready. WTH ???? Order was 30 minutes late first time 20 this time. Not dealing with this anymore. Either all orders on line or just at counter. Obviously your staff can’t handle both!!!!!
Food's a step up from most fast food. Plenty of non-chains in the area that are far better at slightly higher price point. The no-frills, indistrial atmosphere falls short as it magnifies areas that need to be swept, items that need to be put away, and rust (side of checkout counter). Based on reviews, this Chipotle Mexican Grill offers some of the best food compared to other nearby locations. The chicken is cooked to perfection, the brisket is delicious, and the burrito-wrapping is second to none. Staff are happy to work and well managed, quickly going through orders even when the line is at the door. However, the restaurant has a cleanliness issue. Tables could be cleaner, and food is all over the counters and floors all the time, making it the messiest place ever. Despite this, the service is great, and the location is upping their game, feeling like the Chipotle of 10-15 years ago with better taste and proper portions.
