FROM MY APP, I ORDERED A CHICKEN BOWL WITH BEANS, RICE, FAJITA VEGETABLES AND SALSA. IT WAS MISSING THE VEGETABLES AND SALSA.....HALF THE INGREDIENTS. THE CHAT FEATURE GOES TO A.I AND I WAS OFFERED A FREE DRINK WHICH I HAVE NEVER, EVER ORDERED. AS COMPENSATION, I WAS OFFERED AN ITEM WHICH THEIR RECORDS WOULD INDICATE I'VE NEVER ORDERED. THIS WILL PROBABLY BE THE LAST ORDER I MAKE.
There is something seriously wrong with this location. Is absolutely pathetic that I paid over $25 for a chicken bowl with 4 ingredients on doordash and the incompetent children that work behind the counter forgot the lettuce and LITERALLY put 4 pieces of chicken in a bowl and sent it out the door. FOUR PIECES!?!? And good luck getting a hold of the store. Based on reviews, this Chipotle Mexican Grill offers some of the best food compared to other nearby locations. The chicken is cooked to perfection, the brisket is delicious, and the burrito-wrapping is second to none. Staff are happy to work and well managed, quickly going through orders even when the line is at the door. However, the restaurant has a cleanliness issue. Tables could be cleaner, and food is all over the counters and floors all the time, making it the messiest place ever. Despite this, the service is great, and the location is upping their game, feeling like the Chipotle of 10-15 years ago with better taste and proper portions.
