Worst chipotle I've ever been to is this location in seagirt, nj and I thought brick was bad. Since the last 3 years every location I've gone to had the same problem, the dining area has been neglected, napkins on the floor, food particles on the table, dispensers out of stack. The seagirt location topped the filthiest list. Horrible place went there for today for the promotion of the guac and chips when you order online they did not want to give me the promotion
This was an absolute DISAPPOINTMENT. After craving chipotle all day I stop at this beautiful location only to find out they have no bowls, no rice, no chicken, no chips, hard steak and whatever rice they did have was burnt. I’m overly upset about my experience and the fact I still paid 30 dollars for a bowl that’s empty is ridiculous. Based on reviews, this Chipotle Mexican Grill offers some of the best food compared to other nearby locations. The chicken is cooked to perfection, the brisket is delicious, and the burrito-wrapping is second to none. Staff are happy to work and well managed, quickly going through orders even when the line is at the door. However, the restaurant has a cleanliness issue. Tables could be cleaner, and food is all over the counters and floors all the time, making it the messiest place ever. Despite this, the service is great, and the location is upping their game, feeling like the Chipotle of 10-15 years ago with better taste and proper portions.
