I have never had a fresh made bagel. I have never had a pork roll. I have no photos because I ate it so fast. It was so soft and filling. 10/10. I will fly back to NJ just to eat here.
I was born and raised in North Jersey, not far from New York city, where you can find the best bagels in the world! I've been searching for good bagels throughout America, and I'm always disappointed. Here at the Jersey shore, a good bagel is hard to find, but you can find some good ones that are crunchy on the outside and a little bit gooey on the inside. I used to think I had found a great bagelry for when I come home to see my family, but this place has really started to disappoint. They are consistently sold out of almost every type of bagel, unless I suppose you get there at 8am. But, who wants to do that on a weekend, just to race out for bagels? Also, I've noticed the bagels are getting smaller. "Shrink-flation" comes to the Jersey Shore. I hope they turn it around, because most of the bagels in this area are awful.
