“Simply incredible! My bf and I have been wanting to go here since hearing about it and I definitely wish we had gone sooner because it was delicious. We had the chicken empanadas, papas rellenas, and birria eggrolls for appetizers all of which were great! The magic green sauce was so good I would put it on anything. We shared the picanha and shrimp for dinner and every single thing on the plate was amazing. The fresh salsa and chimichurri sauce were the freshest and best I've ever tasted and you could cut the meat with a fork. The yucca fries were also such a nice touch! We loved the rice and beans served with the shrimp as well. Perhaps the best part of the evening was the amazing service from Eric and his wait staff. Our server was so sweet and attentive despite having several tables to tend to. We were so touched by Eric's story and inspiration for Heights 167 and all of that came through in the food. My bf and I agreed that the picanha may have been the best meal we've ever had. Eric, we wish you the absolute best and cannot wait to come back and try everything on your menu because we know it will be delicious!“

“I first came here in October 2023 and had tacos de tripa. THE BEST. Honestly, these were the BEST tacos de tripa I have ever had in my whole life. I live 50 minutes way from here, but I came two more times in December to have their tacos de tripa. It’s worth the drive. I will be a returning customer for sure. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, warm, well decorated with Mexican artifacts and decorations. I love this place.Gracias por su buen trato y los mejores tacos de tripa en Nueva Jersey. “Our family has been to this place many times and we do enjoy it. The ambience is just perfect, feels like you are on vacation. Fajita is my favorite dish, usually take mixed fajita (beef, shrimp and chicken), which is served on a sizzling hot skillet along with grilled onions and peppers. The meat and vegetables are served with warm tortillas, guacamole, beans, rice, sour cream, and salsa. Delightful.“

This is a great little spot.I had the quesa-birria tacos and my better half went for the warm chicken salad in the taco shell. We really enjoyed it. Similar to west coast style birria, but the soupita/consomme had a bit cilantro in it (I love cilantro) and not overly salty as they tend to be. Crunchy taco shell (corn option available) melted cheese and dipping that taco in the soupita, dam!Better half loved her salad and was a little upset she couldn't eat it all (nice sized portions, though not oversized). She stole the leftover soupita for the salad (she loved it too).If this sounds good and you're nearby, then this may be a place for you to check out. Love spreading the word on good little spots.“
“I have been meaning to try this place for a while and finally got around to it. I ordered off grubhub and there was an issue with processing through the app so the driver was cancelled. When my husband went to pick the food up the restaurant offered 10% off and free sodas which was much appreciated. The Birria and Al Pastor tacos were both EXCELLENT. Between the food and the customer service, this will definitely not be our last meal at Mi Casa Tu Casa!“

Didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive at the table.Ordered the beef taco and shrimp tacos. Loved the flavor combination and the beef and shrimp were fresh. The beef and shrimp were a bit too sweet in my opinion but that's if I'm nit picking.I will say for the price per taco, there could be a bit more shrimp and beef. Comparable Mexican tacos come cheaper and with more protein filling. I think to be more competitive, they could do better in that aspect.I also ordered the hotteok with vanilla ice cream and it's phenomenal. Easily one of the best desserts I've had. Absolutely love the texture and flavor combination. The ice cream they use is also amazing. Will absolutely order this every time I come back.“

I haven't been in since COVID, only getting delivery and pickup monthly to weekly. They're not perfect but it's always innocent stuff. This is a place I recommend to anyone moving to the area.“

Freakin Perfect.I obsessed over the wicked resin flooring. So cool!! Ok the food. We each got a trio of different tacos as well as the jalapeno poppers. I am SOOOOOO selective when it comes to tacos. I love both authentic Mexican style as well as crunchy American style. I found Tacoholics to be a fusion. Me and my kid enjoyed our food. “Jose's is absolutely a gem in spring lake I've been going for years and every time it's always amazing. The horchata is always fresh, the burritos are absolutely worth the price, and frankly cheap compared to the weight of them. And do yourself a favor and grab a tamale with your food. “We were out shopping and decided to grab lunch before heading home. We had our 8 month old son with us and had asked if we could get him some chicken. The owner said absolutely and even cut it up in small pieces for us. He didn’t charge us for the chicken either which was unbelievably nice. “This place is the best authentic Mexican place I've ever been to. They are so kind and give you such a good deal for what you get. I only paid about $17.50 for a drink and my three tacos. They also give you free home made corn chips Every time you eat in. If they don't have the self serve sauces available they will give it to you in containers. I've been here with my boyfriend so many times and it never disappoints me. The food is always high quality. The pink building and colorful environment is different but very authentic. They won't even let you clean up after yourself if the owner is there.“
