“My husband and I went to sit down for dinner, per a recommendation from a friend. Valentina was our server and was the perfect amount of attentive. She brought over chips and salsa right away. We ordered the Oaxaca Platter and the Quesabirria to share as our meal, and both were so delicious! The Quesabirria was especially good, we highly recommend you try it (they told us after the fact that it’s their best seller). The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We plan to come back again, and next time we’ll bring our kids!“

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I stopped into Qdoba Mexican Eats and was blown away by how fresh, flavorful, and downright delicious everything was. But the real standout? The guacamole — handcrafted by Rose herself. Absolute perfection. Creamy, bright, seasoned just right… honestly some of the best guac I’ve had anywhere.

Rose deserves her own shoutout. She was incredibly kind, thoughtful, patient, and made the whole experience feel welcoming from the moment I walked in. You can tell she puts genuine care into what she does, and it absolutely shows in the food.

The chilequiles verde con carne were a very light green that I have never seen before but they were not lacking in flavor....they were pretty good. The tamales were a bit dry however. Last time we had tacos al pastor which were delicious. The owners are very nice and friendly. A nice find. They only have 4 tables inside. They do mostly takeout...but both times we ate in and noticed alot of repeat customers and the owners greeting them. Nice customer interaction. I will go back and continue to try new things!“
