“I work at the petsmart not far from this location. I can't begin to describe how amazing this one server is behind the counter when I am either going through drive through or ordering inside. He goes above and behind to make sure I feel special and human. It's something that has truly been lost over the spand of time. People don't realize that little extra can boost someone's day can just make them smile and shine some sunshine to their day! He wears the taco hat proudly. “I am a Gringo, but kind of an expert with Mexican Food. And my Spouse is from Mexico.

We ate here today, Monday, 10/14/24, around 4:00 p.m., it was our first visit.
The food was awesome!
We each had Enchiladas De Mole Oaxaqueño con Pollo ( Chicken ) comes with rice and beans on the side.
The chicken was tender,the Mexican rice was fresh and excellent, the beans were good. The side of Salsa Picante ordered specially, was great on the rice. The most delicious item was the Mole Oaxaquena; dark, rich, and with some spice!!! Also had a side of Guacamole that was fresh and very good! Orchata was good.
The tortillas are handmade! Prices were very fair and the place is BYOB. I would recommend this establishment for an authentic Mexican meal!!! Most Especially…..the Mole Oaxaquena!!!
Atmosphere and Decor was okay. The servers were friendly and efficient!
As with most places, bathroom could have been a little cleaner.“

“The most delicious Mexican food we've ever had. My guests live in San Diego and they agreed. Starts with the thinnest tortillas served hot with a roasted salsa rioja. “Spotted this place on the way back from the beach and decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did! This cozy restaurant has an inviting atmosphere and we were attended to immediately.

I got the shrimp burrito with refried beans, yellow rice, and a super flavorful salad that the chef said was made with raspberry juice, balsamic vinaigrette, and olive oil...and let me just say, that salad was amazing. ? I was expecting your average, run-of-the-mill salad and was totally surprised. 5 stars for that salad! The rice and beans were good too, but the shrimp burrito was the weak link. It wasn't bad but I didn't really taste the shrimp much, it seemed to have gotten overpowered by everything else in it.

The chef was a wonderful person and our servers were prompt and polite. Would definitely go back!

P.S. Get the tamarind Jarritos, it's sooo good haha“

“This place is amazing. They have a sandwich called Milanesa De Pollo. Words can not describe the perfectness of this sandwich. It is the chicken sandwiches of all chicken sandwiches. It's really a beautiful sandwich. That's all I can say for now.“

“Juanito's is one of my favorite restaurants when getting Mexican food. Always a good meal. Unfortunately, they add an additional 4% to your bill when paying by credit card. It hurts me to start trying other Mexican restaurants in the area, as there are several, but I will start doing this as I view this fee as an additional tax. I'm taxed enough. Several restaurants in the area started to sneak in these fees. If everyone committed to avoiding these restaurants, you would see the fees go away.“

We ate here Sunday, 10/06 just before the finale of the N.J. Hispanic Film Fest conclusion at the The Vogel Theater.
The place is small, tight, but the food is good!
Food orders were chicken tacos (Tacos de Pollo) and chicken sopes (Sopes de Pollo). Both very good, filled with a lot of seasoned chicken.Tortillas are hand made.Salsa was good, as well as the side of Guacamole; more than enough for two people. Prices were fair. And the place is BYOB. I would recommend this for a quick, reasonably priced, authentic Mexican meal.
Bathroom was updated and fairly clean. Service was good!

“I don't live in the area but anytime I am in the area I stop in for dinner or get takeout. The restaurant is a small mom & pop type of establishment. I am not fussy about waiting or service. I just want good tasting food. Prices are reasonable. What I also like is that on my visits I see small families eat here & mostly Mexican/Latino people which tells me the food must be good because they are more familiar with the cuisine than I am. I LOVE their chicken soup and always get a large container to go. I usually get chicken enchiladas. This past visit I got Tinga which is stewed chicken & potatoes, rice & beans = delicious. If I lived anywhere closer, I would definately be getting takeout very frequently. My experiences have always been good,
