Thank you for reaching out and talking to your staff.So besides the fact that I had to be refunded through DoorDash due to eyelashes being in the mashed potatoes that I ordered and very dry, greasy, super salty chicken tenders, also had a very horrible experience while picking up an order for someone. An extremely rude worker with a very nasty attitude as if she hated her job, barely acknowledged me...
We have done take out a handful of times the orders are always correct and made promptly. I have also never had anything that I didn't like. Also my wife said the employees are extremely patient with people that act as if they have never ordered food before. Example a guy was ordering ribs and didn't want a full rack cuz "that is to much" but didn't want a half rack because that "wasn't enough". The employee friendly suggest sir why not...
Food is def great, however the staff’s attitude demonstrate that they don’t want to be there. You can tell by the approach and how unfriendly they are. Who is the manager of this place? Where is the training? Where is the customer service?
