If you enjoy mushy, spice-free Thai food stripped of all core ingredients, this restaurant will suit you perfectly. My whole order was a dull, underwhelming letdown from start to finish. Pad thai arrived with practically no peanuts, robbing the dish of its iconic nutty bite. Chicken larb lacked essential lime juice, rendering the fresh salad dull and one-note. Bland, underwhelming, mushi, extremely disappointed. Pad thai lacked peanuts, chicken larb forgot about lime juice, Thai fried rice was bland, lifeless food, no passion for spice. Drunken noodle was ok, hope this was an off night, but life is too short for so-so food.
A nice Thai restaurant on Rt 35 in Sea Girt. Not a fancy dining room and no liquor license but the service and food is excellent.
We had Tom Kna soup and a Nom Sod salad. Both were great. For dinner we shared Spicy Rice with pork and Kang Deang Curry dish and ordered both with less sauce than normal. We really enjoyed both and the dishes are large (see photos). The service is very good. We eat there a few times a month and will continue.
