WE were a party of 5 and our server Romeo was outstanding. He helped us with the nightly specials and was very attentive throughout the evening. The food was expertly prepared and was delicious. Looking forward to our next dinner at A Modo Mio

Food was delicious and service was great. FYI- we went mid-week in September so the restaurant wasn't crowded. I would definitely return.

This was our second time here. The food, unfortunately, was not as good as our fist visit, but it was definitely not bad. I wouldn't hesitate going back. The service was excellent. We had to sit outside and it was a bit chilly, but we still enjoyed the experience.

As a regular we always expect and get a great meal and experience at A Modo Mia. Tonight was even more special. The 45 Day aged Ribeye with Lump Crabmeat was one of the best I have ever had. My wife had the Dover Sole and it was prepared perfectly.

Food the last 2-3 times has been very underwhelming. Not sure what's going on. Used to be pretty solid.

We visit here every summer and the food is usually great. This trip, it lacked any flavor. My husband's Bronzino was soaked in butter and had no taste. My short ribs were dry and the sauce had no flavor. Appetizers came out promptly, but the dinner took a long time. The servers were apologetic for the delay. And my husband politely told our waitress that the food was not up to par this time and she gave us desserts on the house. Overall a great place for a nice dinner, just wasn't the best this time around.

Another fantastic meal at A Modo Mio. As we sat outside on the little strip of rocks between the sidewalk and the street, it was hospitable weather for an al fresco dining experience (sans a chain of about 10 off-road vehicles blasting ridiculous decibel level music). The service was a full team effort as we had 4 different servers and helpers assisting us with explaining the specials, taking our orders, bringing our plates, and constantly refilling our orders, all done crisply and seamlessly. As is often true, the specials were just so tantalizing we had to change our game plan from the wonderful choices on the regular menu as my wife enjoyed the Dungeness Crab Ravioli Special while I enjoyed the Veal Osso Buco special (which they gracefully allowed me to swap out the Risotto for a vegetable base to allow me to avoid carbs) which just fell off the bone and was delicious. We also shared the grilled octopus special appetizer and the house salad before the main course. We did not have room for dessert but did partake in some delicious post dinner cappuccinos (Decaf and Regular). We will be back many times, year round, as this restaurant group (which also runs the equally tremendous La Finestra in Sea Isle and Il Posto in Avalon, which we frequent the two of them as well) are the best in class of the Italian Shore Dining scene as no one does it better!

Food was just okay. My meal, capellini with lump crab had no seasoning. It was bland. I was very disappointed.

Food was good not great. The sister restaurant where I live is much better.

The part that bothered me the most was how the male staff treated the women. Even they didn’t do something right, you don’t reprimand them in front of the customers. It’s just not appropriate or professional.

It was also very loud in the restaurant but I’m aware that’s not in anyone’s control.
