For the most part scoops is a sold place to get ice cream for the kids with a large assortment of options to choose from. Our experience last night could have been better. Def need some better training with customer interactions. My daughter ordered for a friend and her sister. One of the items was either made wrong or she received the wrong item. (She ordered m&m artic blast and received something with out m&ms and very milky) she brought it back and basically was...
So many flavors! We ordered the jolted cow and the chocolate peanut butter ripple, both on waffles cones. Both flavors were super tasty, I may have preferred the jolted cow since it was more unique, but the peanut butter ripple had good chunks of peanut butter and peanut butter cups in it. Only complaint is the prices - it was about $9 per cone (I think the waffle cone added $1 or so)
Huge variety of hard & soft ice cream as well as novelties (Dole Whip) so definitely something for everyone. Staff is always extremely helpful and courteous when discussing our family's allergy concerns & options, they take extra care to use new and clean utensils. Heads up cash only but, there is an ATM on site
