The Dunes at Shorebreak Resorts

We had a problem with our room that resulted from false advertising. We went to the office to try to get it resolved and when the staff called the CEO Ashley for assistance, she screamed at them in front of us before hanging up on them. The staff then embarrassingly told us that they can’t do anything to help us. When I emailed the CEO she told me that she would not be doing anything to help. We will not be returning to this resort and if the owners see this, you need a new CEO that cares about employees and customers.

Love the location in Townsend Inlet and close to the beach. Spacious and clean condo with room to spread out with our group. Can catch the jitney to the bars and other restaurants.

Very busy no parking the food was not seasoned well good quality but no good flavor the appetizer Jambo Shrimp wrapped with Bacon was delicious Clamps Casino were good my Shrimp Crab Imperial had no flavor or Sauce very disappointed. Very expensive also.

We really enjoyed our stay. Amenities were great - towels, sheets, soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc. all provided. Condo was updated, clean, spacious, and quiet! Will definitely return!

We have stayed at the Dunes twice now during high season.I agree first year it was beautiful, after this, cleaning people are not doing such a good job. Things are broken and dirty. We plan to stay again this summer 2023, and I will say something about cleaning.For what is payed and the high quality you are trying to hold, I think the cleaners are surely not doing such a great job.

We stayed at the Dunes for a friends wedding and it was wonderful! We had 3 couples and it worked out so well that each bedroom has it's own bathroom. If we had gotten hotel rooms we would all have been crammed into someones room to hang out together but in the condo we had a ton of room to hang out before and after the wedding. Plus the views from the deck were awesome!

We stayed at the Dunes for a girls weekend. It was clean, very nice and beds were super comfy. They supplied bath towels, paper towels, soap, trash bags etc so we only had to bring food! I highly recommend!

We stayed at The Cape and had a wonderful time. The unit was spacious and nicely decorated. Each room had its own climate control thermostat so that allowed each guest to adjust their temp accordingly. A few added bonuses were the dishwasher, washer and dryer, oven and gas cooktop. A few suggested areas to keep in mind: larger pots and pans for the kitchen; change the water filter in the fridge; check the ceilings for cobwebs; drawers and under beds for leftovers and the table on the deck when cleaning between guest rentals; and provide a dust pan to go along with the broom. Overall building suggestions: be sure to keep an eye on the first floor 'lobby' area. Looking kind of shabby for only being a few years old. Be sure to clean the stainless steel elevator doors and inside of the elevator on occasion -- again, looking dirty and shabby. And please water the snake plants on the second floor of the Cape at the rental office area. They don't ask for much, but they do ask for water. Overall, it's a lovely place and we look forward to our stay there next year! Already booked!

It was great to be able to sit at the bar again. The windows being opened and the breeze is awesome. Great place e for a drink but I miss Docs menu. Portions are so small now my husband came home and ate again. Bring back the cauliflower wings, flatbread and calamari.

The condos were spacious, clean, perfect location and stocked with supplies you would need for a vacation

Very great and clean place to stay that is close to the beach and the bay. We had a group of 9 with 2 small children and the place accommodated us perfectly. I would definitely rent again.
