“Great dive bar with excellent bartenders. While it doesn't look like much compared to the other bars in town, it does deliver with its old style feel and more than standard drinks. You will never be disappointed or feel ripped off when ordering a drink from this place (cheap and made right).“
“It's my first time coming to EJ's Tap house for a surprise bday get together for my boyfriend's Uncle Mimmy's 60th Birthday Party. My first impression was meeting Uncle Mimmy, he's so polite, nice & funny as hell, he's a nice person to be around. As a matter of fact, I met Amanda George's cousin, who is also so so nice, & Maryellen George's Auntie, she's also so sweet. Everyone in George's family is so so nice, polite and friendly; & also welcoming too. Anyways, when you go into EJ's Tap House, it's a nice bar area with a nice seating area to drink beers, or alcoholic beverages, non alcoholic beverages too & also play pool too. It also had a board to write what ever you want on it also which is pretty cool. Overall EJ's Tap House is a cool place for a gathering!! Go check out EJ's Tap House & #GetYaDrinksOn“
“From the moment my amazing girlfriend and I walked into this quaint cafe, we fell in love with the vibes, decor, smells and more so, the people. They were so accommodating. They walked us through it all and ended up with the best breakfast. We're from Chicago and this place hit the spot! Cheers, Lava Java House ☕️“
“Ok, I came yesterday and it was amazing. Teas and Lattes are great. (Not trues coffee yet).Today this Mango Checken Nacho [and in Hate Mango, but mom insisted]... Amazing! I like Mango now.Visit #3 - got the special veggies Buffalo wrap! ? this is amazing! And the Avocado Tofu Scamble toast which I give it an 8. (I'd change 2 things to make it 10 in my book, 1. Heat the plate to prevent toast from cooling down. 2. Spread the toppings to be mixed and not three separate)Atmosphere: seats are too hard, and straight backed. The menu alone is reason to, but it's just not comfortable. Too much hookah art LOL.“
“While traveling for softball, we try to stop by local breweries. While in Jackson, we found Icarus on Yelp! and figured we'd make the trip. So glad we did. Nestled in an industrial park, we spotted the outdoor umbrellas. Coming into the AC was a big relief from the heat and amazing art covers the walls. We were greeted by Jim, the front end manager before we reached the bar. He got us started with a few tasters while he led us on a super detailed tour. He answered our questions and even tapped in Jason for our more technical curiosities. We ventured back to the tasting room for some more libations. They have tasting glasses and 26 beers on tap at any given time and constantly rotating! Would I come back? Absolutely! This one is on the list for sure!“
“The food is exceptional and consistent! It’s nice to have local business like this thrive. The owners are awesome people that collaborate with other businesses in the area; bringing everyone up with them, that’s the way small business should be. Try a lettuce wrapper classic burger with old bay fries; you won’t be dissapointed.“
“I stopped by here last week with my wife for some evening drinks. We were staying nearby and looking for a brewery whenever we came across Oyster Creek Brewing. The brewery itself is located in a strip mall and the inside was interesting. They had 16 beers on tap this day and the tables were interestingly decorated with circles talking about plume zones and ingestion zones. After guessing it had something to do with nuclear power, we looked it up and figured out that there used to be a nuclear power plant here. After that it made more sense as did some of their beer names. As I often do whenever I visit a new brewery, I decided to go with a flight. At oyster creek brewing a flight consists of 4 beers and so I chose the critical mass NEIPA, Sky Shine black tea and honey ale, half life cranberry hefe, and the 3-eyed fish. For my first beer I tried the Critical mass NEIPA which was a little bit sweet before the hops kick in at the finish. Second was the Sky shine black tea and honey ale which was also sweet at the start before the black tea comes in and then sweet at the finish. Third was the Half-life cranberry hefe which was smooth at the start and you could definitely taste the cranberry before a finish of sweetness. Last but certainly not least was the 3-eyed fish which started off with that tart lime flavor before moving into the dryness of a gose and finishing with, I'll be damned, the taste of Swedish fish. Out of the bunch I liked the critical mass the most but it's that 3-eyed fish which I will still be thinking about. The bottom line for me is that I would head back here again in the future. While most of my beers were sweet, I did enjoy the IPA and the three eyed fish is definitely a conversation starter.“
“Great local place for Breakfast or lunch. We both had pancakes and they were absolutely amazing. I love the decor or older tables, mixed and match chairs, big coffee mugs and tons of great signs and photos on the walls. Oh and a ton of awards as well. Really god find.“
“I ordered a custom ice cream for a special occasion. Cake was made exactly to my request, everything from the different layers, ice cream flavors, & toppings. Everyone enjoyed the cake and asked, "Where is the ice cream cake from?" If you have a peanut butter lover in your life, I highly recommend this peanut butter themed ice cream cake. Aside from this custom order, we are regular customers. The ice cream sundaes are our favorite. You always get good portions (scoops) served. The medium is almost too much for me. That's a good thing. Chocolate Chip Mint, Hot Fudge, Whipped Cream, and topped with M & Ms is my favorite.“
“Considering how many people have said nothing but good things about this cafe, I’m happy to join the club! Haven’t personally come in yet but we ordered through door dash and the food was phenomenal ? Got a: Cappuccino, Iced Shelly Special, Pork Roll Breakfast Sandwich, and the Grilled Cheese. Not to mention, they have a variety of different options and even poke bowls! So delicious and the coffee is smooth and not bitter tasting like other cafes make (coming from someone who always masks coffee with tons of sugar lol). Will definitely be coming in to try more of their menu items, and if you’re down in the area, don’t pass up on eating here ☕️?Dietary restrictions: Have a lot of dairy free options for the coffees which I love!“
“Nice spot in downtown Toms River. Really nice staff, extensive menu with good variety, and in our four visits, have not had one dish we didn't enjoy. Quickly becoming our go to spot to stop in for a nice meal or get take out.Parking: Depending on time of visit, local street parking can be somewhat difficult“
“Tons of flavors to choose from! The staff was super friendly and even told us the top 3 flavors. Extremely colorful and bright within the store. I wish there was a table or two inside the store. There are a lot of tables outside though. I love that they offer a wide variety of toppings. It was so good that we went back for seconds the next day! My friend purchased two kinds of fudge. It didn't taste as fresh and rich as she would have liked.“
“My daughter and I absolutely love Rita's. Specifically this location. All the Employees that work here are always kind and always smiling. The owners son Michael is a great guy and boss from what I see and hear. Allways treating his Employees with respect and kindness.“
“This place is charming and delicious. It's a little expensive but ALL of the ingredients are very fresh. I'd rather pay the money for good healthy food. Ashley was the one who suggested avocado toady with fresh organic tomatoes and an egg. She also gave me some arugula. I ordered the green drink. "This will make you feel good,"she said. She was 100% correct. All of the other breakfast places around are those unhealthy bagel places. This was a wonderful find.“
“Came here not thinking to bring cash. lady asked how many I said i only have 4 bucks so just 1 please she said would you like 2 I replied I don't have enough $. Her response was that was not my question. Gave me 2 dogs I tried to give her the 4 dollars and she only grabbed 2 then asked me if I wanted a drink. Good people still exist I will be back with more cash next time“
“The best ice cream on the shore.. got a couple of pints great flavors peanut butter Oreo and cappuccino crunch both equally amazing and pricing isn’t that bad for homemade stuff at around $6…highly recommend a visit and so much other good stuff to have flurries are amazing as well and so many good variations to choose from“
“My wife and I recently moved into the Brick area, and I pass the restaurant weekly. In doing some research<, I saw that they have a very interesting menu and several specials on Monday nights. My daughter and granddaughter were here visiting with us, so we gave it a try. Service, food, server and music were great. Will definitely be back.“
“1st time I've ordered from here. The food was excellent! It was delivered fast and hot. I also liked that they use zucchini in thier sliced chicken and garlic sauce along with the other veggies! This is my new "go to" place for when I crave Chinese take out. And with the holiday season nears, that will be quite often!“
“Standard Chinese restaurant made for take out. They are far and their food have more flavor than most fast Chinese food places.Staff is pleasant and they want to know if anything isn't right. They'll go out of their way to fix it, ASAP.“
“Went here for the first time late with daughters and friends after a family party. The people were so incredibly sweet and helpful, especially answering all of my questions as I am very finicky with Chinese food. Everything was no doubt delicious, however this place is wayyy overpriced! My goodness! The most expensive Chinese takeout I have ever been too. Slim to none chance I will be back as I live a distance aside from much more reasonably priced & equally great places. Moreover, if price is not of concern.. I highly recommend as everything was fantastic.“
“my friends and i spent an unreasonable amount of time here trying to procure the grandpa joe card from their coin pusher machine. it was worth it. we also conquered "deal or no deal," among other various other games because we are arcade pros (we did not cheat!!! we are genuinely just that good). their mini golf did cause insanity though. quesadilla and ice cream were buss. 10/10 would visit again“
