We were a party of 16 for 11am brunch on a Sunday. They open at 10. We made and confirmed our reservation 3 days prior. When we arrived there was one entire employee working, who explained to us that she had been working there for a whole two days. The manager had to run out for bacon and milk. A nice girl, but completely unfamiliar with the menu and should not have been left alone when they were aware that a large party was coming in. We had our daughters Sweet 16 party here. While the party end was great due to the Dj and the set up done myself and people We hired. The service on their end was horrible. The food was not correct. No stations were provided. The food was cold. Very cold. We have called several times with no response from anyone.
The sign says $5 regular slice, $7 specialty. I have gotten two Grandma slices each time. Prices were $12, $10, $15, and $14.92.
The young girl at the counter explained sometimes people ring in any price they want, or we round prices up or down. This place is no way to run a business. They either rip you off or rob you if they “round up.” Avoid this place.
