“My family and I vacation in Stone Harbor every June and September and our goal is to visit every brewery in Cape May County. We stopped here today for the first time. We were NOT disappointed and it was unanimously our favorite stop of the day! Drink-wise, there was something for everyone, which is hard to accomplish in our family (sours, shandies, radlers, and German-style beers are our favorites!) The food was amazing, especially the pretzel and brisket cheesesteak! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere was perfect. We will DEFINITELY return!”

“It was New Year's Eve and we were unaware there was a special menu for the day. Although a prefix menu, the choices were plentiful. The lobster bisque was a little fishy, but had good flavor. The pappardelle was very tasty. We would like to return to enjoy some of the foods on the regular menu.”

“We make a trip to The Village Kitchen every year—both on our way to Cape May, NJ and on the way back—and it never disappoints. The food is consistently outstanding, and the service is just as excellent. This cozy spot is a hidden gem for breakfast and lunch. The chipped beef, in particular, is absolutely outstanding—easily one of the best we’ve had. Highly recommended!”

“Stopped in while spending a long weekend at the shore. Local hot spot for sure as they still had a good crowd despite being off season. The wings are definitely a must as they were well seasoned and a nice size. I had the stuffed flounder while husband had the seafood combination. Everything was tasty and the portion sizes were good.”

“Really good ice cream, large portions, seating available, bathrooms on site, off-street parking is free (but limited, of course). Not cheap, but what is? Workers are chill. A few blocks from the beach and boardwalk—no seagulls! The wait is worth it. Wish they opened a little earlier in the day, when it’s really hot. Also, a flavor board at the back of the line would be nice.”

“This place is a gem! Made to order fresh food, excellent coffee and healthy options like juices and smoothies. I had the BLT with Avocado which was delicious. Bacon was crispy and the avocado was super fresh. Also ordered a green juice and a latte. Both were perfect. Will definitely be going back.”
