Firstly I usually never leave reviews , especially negative ones. This one is going to be just that. I ordered takeout from this location and when I was handed my food, I felt something wet on the bottom of the bag. I know what I ordered had sauce so when I walked out to the car I checked inside the bag( it was stapled). Not a big problem, simple fix, just needed some more sauce. I go back in, say to the older black woman that handed me the bag," excuse me but the way my food was packed, some of the sauce spilled in the bag". Before even looking in the bag, she says " I know I packed the bag right, YOU DID THAT WHEN YOU WALKED OUT". Needless to say , an argument ensued in which she told me because of her feelings is why she immediately said i ( did what exactly) spilled the food while leaving. I KNOW for a FACT that other people has had issues with this older black woman. She's nasty and RUDE and it pains me anytime I go to this location and she's at the front desk. She is 100% a detriment to this business. A wicked woman

From the moment we entered, the waiter Eric (a bold guy) assigned to our table carried an air of indifference, his expressions grim and unwelcoming throughout our stay. This attitude was particularly evident in his neglect to refill our water glasses, a basic courtesy in any dining establishment. Despite our polite requests for more water, he chose to blatantly ignore us, further souring our experience.It’s unfortunate that the behavior of one individual can so dramatically impact the overall impression of a restaurant. I hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the management to address such issues promptly, ensuring that all guests are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve, irrespective of their background.
