We visit this restaurant periodically. Firstly, it has wonderful ambiance that has a high-end feel, yet it is laid-back. We really enjoy their bar, and the smoked old fashioned is one of the better ones I have had. Sitting at the bar and enjoying appetizers is very enjoyable, and the bar staff are always friendly, prompt, and strike up conversation. The food here is good for a chain. Diablo shrimp fettuccine, mussels Josephine, calamari, bang bang shrimp, etc. are all quite good. Service is always accurate, attentive, and friendly which is a plus. Food has been consistent each time. Overall, for a chain, this restaurant has great ambiance, good service, and consistent food.

Firstly I usually never leave reviews , especially negative ones. This one is going to be just that. I ordered takeout from this location and when I was handed my food, I felt something wet on the bottom of the bag. I know what I ordered had sauce so when I walked out to the car I checked inside the bag( it was stapled). Not a big problem, simple fix, just needed some more sauce. I go back in, say to the older black woman that handed me the bag," excuse me but the way my food was packed, some of the sauce spilled in the bag". Before even looking in the bag, she says " I know I packed the bag right, YOU DID THAT WHEN YOU WALKED OUT". Needless to say , an argument ensued in which she told me because of her feelings is why she immediately said i ( did what exactly) spilled the food while leaving. I KNOW for a FACT that other people has had issues with this older black woman. She's nasty and RUDE and it pains me anytime I go to this location and she's at the front desk. She is 100% a detriment to this business. A wicked woman
