This place is busy but for a reason. The food is fresh and delicious and the people here will take care of you during the entire process. First time trying Cava but I have returned to this location because of the care and treatment
The place was surprisingly very clean in contrast to other cava restaurants I’ve gone to, the staff were friendly, and the food is so good! Nieve served me she was extremely kind which I greatly appreciate. 10/10 would recommend!!
Where do I even begin? The pita? Perfect texture and taste. The cherry tomatoes? Obviously fresh, juicy, and sourced from a great farm. The romain? Plentiful and CRISP. The Dill and Taziki sauce? Also VERY fresh, has a citrus kick somewhere, and seems to be made fresh as well. Because it doesn't taste like a store bought sauce filled with preservatives. The hummus? That might actually be where the citrus is from. However, the hummus is not overly salty! You can actually taste...
