Luz & Kevin made this the most memorable 30th birthday I could ask for! They were very accommodating and made sure we had the most wonderful time. We left with full stomachs and big hearts. They really did a phenomenal job making sure all 20 of us had a good time. Can’t wait to be back next year for my 31st!!
Had a great time at this location. Waiter Rick was amazing. Very attentive and helpful with a great vibe. I’ve been to a lot of restaurants over the years and never witnessed such amazing customer service work from Waiter Rick. If all of this Chilis staff as a great as Rick then the hiring managers are doing an amazing job with there hiring process. Thanks for an amazing experience.
I came in today for lunch and Sonny assisted me. I had no idea what I wanted. The items he suggested were perfect! He went above and beyond! People don’t realize how much great customer service means. Sonny is a prime example of how people in food service should be. He was so polite and patient and lunchtime is crazy. So the fact that he went out his way and didn’t rush me but gave suggestions instead made all the difference.
