This establishment treats you like Royalty soon as you walk in the seating and my waiter Name Iker ( hopefully I spelled his name correctly) and others waited on my son and I the manager she was very attentive to my concerns and correct my order my bill was adjusted which my son and I was very grateful we was so full we brought literally our entire order home the appetizers are very filling
I've spent 18 years of my life without Chili's and now that I've tried it, I don't know how long I've survived without it. While the food and atmosphere were great, what I want to talk about is my server Matt. Matt was possibly the best thing about this experience, yes even over the actual food. Matt was incredibly polite and accommodating. He was quick and made sure we were getting courses as we wanted them. His recommendation of the loaded bake potato...
I ordered the Texas Cheese Fries and I was disappointed and requested to have the order removed... It was Overcooked and Extremely Dry. The Fajita trio was cold and not tasty... the beef was very chewy. Not Good. Service was Great! Food wasn't good.
