My family was visiting from out of state and have never been to a Dave’s Hot chicken before. The restaurant was a little busy when there but Shift Leader Malik was beyond helpful. He handled it all with ease while smiling and making sure everyone’s visit was a good one! Food was great as well!
Maritza was very patient kind, helpful, and gave excellent recommendations. She even went out of her way to bring our food out to us and asked how everything was and brought extra condiments how refreshing and rare to have such a friendly professional associate at a fast food restaurant. She should definitely be commended and recognized.
Look, Dave's Hot Chicken is a sit down restaurant. I know cause there are no waiters and you have to bus your own table that you think it's fast casual, but my chicken meal for 1 was $28, and it took over 20 minutes for them to prepare the order. That's a sit down place, and not even a particularly cheap one.
