i called because it said my delivery order was completed but the driver wasn’t even here yet. the lady on the phone was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful. she has no customer service. i asked her where the pizza was because it was saying delivered, she decides to get and attitude with me and say that it was delivered and that she took the picture. i kept telling her it was not delivered and she denied denied. i asked if she could contact the driver and she refused, i then asked if she could send me a picture and she said she would then hung up on me. 5 mins later the pizza showed up. i just really didn’t like how she treated me during the call and i hope you give your employees better training and teach them how to talk and deal with a PAYING customer

We ordered boneless wings and they gave with bone we call and the man lied and said he will be delivering new ones the store closed and he never fixed the order don’t order from them

Unfortunately, very poor customer service. We ordered veggie pizza and asked if they use the same cuter that is used for non-veg to which she rudely said yes it's the same and did not consider what we were trying to say and went on cutting it. The cheese bread we ordered was raw and literally felt like eating dough. Terrible experience.....

We had to order a large quantity of pies for an event and the service was excellent and everything was fresh.
August 24th 2024 had our food delivered from Secaucus everything was awesome quality of food was good delivery was superfast definitely recommend friends and family to Secaucus Domino's thank you for an awesome experience

I want to give 0 if the system has 0.I made an order for my kids and the staff told me I can receive the order half an hour.However I made a phone call after 30m amd the staff told me they didn't prepare my order and let me wait another 25m.Very dishonest ！very dishonour！

Everything is good so far. I have ordered more than dozen times.
This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve waited well over an hour for my food to be delivered, then the app says the driver marked it delivered (even though you can track them and this time as well as the last it’s shown the delivery driver going back to the store before coming to deliver my food even though it said he left the store 30 minutes ago), and then I called the store & before even saying who I was they just said he will be here in 10 minutes, which she couldn’t know because she didn’t know my order (she just is saying that out of habit clearly). I’m still waiting for my food and doubt it will get here at this point even remotely warm, just like the previous times.
