This was our first time here and I will say the chicken Karachi was good however, the service was subpar. We where fasting all day and where looking forward to enjoying our meal and our waitress was not engaged or interactive at all. we where made to feel like we were burdening her to do her job. Having worked in the hospitality industry myself for many years I would never treat customers as if they were a burden. She literally dropped all our food at the corner of the table and she never checked on us once. Possibly retraining wait staff on how to interact with customers is my recommendation.

I ordered a take out for one order of their gol Gappa which comes with a 9 pieces of gol gappa but the potato filling they gave was not enough for 9 gol gappa. I asked him nicely if I can get an extra one of potato filling because my wife loves it but the server refused me rudely and said that one small box of potato filling should be enough. I’m very disappointed with their service and their portion policies. I can finish the filling they gave with max 3,4 gol gappa’s. I know the owner and he’s always been very nice and friendly every time I come but I guess he needs to improve his staff’s attitude and service skills. I will never buy gol gappa from them ever again.

I ordered White Karahi chicken and was basically served white chicken, with no presence of Karahi.
Called them, spoke with Ajay, he assured that they will make a replacement. Gave the order, and said I will pick up in 15min. Once I reached, they handed me the bag and charged a 31$ bill again! I obviously was surprised. Another guy, (same name Ajay), came in and said they will have to charge. I mean, are you kidding me? Disappointed and never visiting again!

This was my second visit here, and it wasn't consistent. I was super impressed with the food the first time, but the quality wasn't the same the second time around. Also it is too dark to see your food properly, which is a bit of a problem when eating foods like karhai with bone-in meat. Service is great though and it's a very lively restaurant. Chai had too much masala, they can definitely tone that down. Honestly, I'm not quite sure if I'd come back a third time.

The food was not good at all to be honest we came from Maryland heard a lot about this restaurant but food was below average. There was no spice in food. Service was good and atmosphere was also good.

We went to dine in the customer service horrible. We waited for 40 minutes to put our order we got some karahi bryani and some other food the beryani tested like leftover from 3 days chicken was half cooked and raw 😡 it was a terrible experience. I am about to contact the FDA we all got food poisoning
