Absolute worst Panera I’ve ever been to. Forgot the ingredients in the salad, and had to tell them they made it incorrectly. Mind you I did not customize it. Forgot the chips. Forgot the cookie I ordered. One mistake, even two is forgivable. 3!? I mean what are you guys doing? Why even work in this industry? Also icing on the cake, order for two but one set of utensils. I mean just shows the lack of any kind of motivation to do things correctly. Rarely would I use this phrase, but “SAD DISPLAY OF PROFESSIONALISM” sums it up pretty well.

This was the 2pm crew on Monday. They just talk to each other and rather than thoroughly check your order for correctness they just would rather hang out and move slow.

If you ever are looking for a sandwich or soup after a miserable run of traffic out of the Lincoln tunnel don’t come here. You’ll just leave even more miserable.

I have Unlimited Sip club subscription. I had an interview at the liquor store next to the Olive Garden and Chris? Gave me a large cup because I walked 10 miles that day. I think his name is Chris because I used to hang out at his pool in his backyard during the summer. Whoever you are that handed me the large cup when you only had regular, thank you! There was a guy at the register ordering the same 4 pick 3’s five times in a row and there was a line at the cash register because of him, but hey the guy was buying $60 worth of stuff three times in a row

A nice place for using laptop and having a meal or just a drink. The store is overall clean and spacious. The sound of music is typical restaurant level. It’s easy to order through the kiosk. The staff is nice. Not many customers dine in during my visit. Most customers picked up their food and left. Recommend people who want to browse the website by using the laptop stay here for a while.

The food was good. It was pretty packed for mid day during the week. But service was pretty quick concerning. My sandwich was tasty and the sandwich was good. I feel it’s a bit pricy for what you get but no other complaints. My children enjoyed the meals they had chosen.

We had an amazing experience. Our order for delivery had gone missing, the driver was waiting, and Johnathon, Panera team member extraordinaire, reached out to me through the app. Explained everything. Through his good communication and management, we were able to get the order re-ordered and expedited to our tummies.

I’m a sip club member and I feel it’s completely worth it if you are a coffee person and need coffee before you go to your office every single day. I wish they could add some more drinks to the sip club as I feel the drink options for the sip club are limited.

Im surprise how good this chicken bacon rancher is🙂, huge shout out to Gustavo for helping me choose this sandwich.Gustavo is really friendly and patient person he should definitely get a raise .I’ll be coming back to this store and asking him personally.If he hasn’t received a raise I’ll be hiring him on my new upcoming business as a support assistants👏🏼
