Plank Road Inn is a welcoming spot for drinks and bites, popular among sports fans. The bartenders are friendly and there are numerous TVs for watching games. They offer a decent selection of beer, booze, and good craft beer, along with bar pies and gung pow chicken at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, making it a great place to unwind with affordable, good food.
The no-frills neighborhood bar has a straightforward, unpretentious vibe with simple decor and standard bar seating. It attracts local workers, nearby residents, and after-work professionals. The service is usually attentive, and the place is clean with lots of TV sports and a jukebox. While not very wheelchair accessible due to bathroom stairs, it remains a solid choice for casual drinks, sports viewing, and a chill evening. Parking includes street spots and a lot across the street, but pay attention to signs.
