Usually I remember to take photos of my food. But I was so excited about good authentic ramen I just dug in. I studied in Japan 10 years ago and this is the first time I've had anything close. We each ordered the sakai ramen, I got the regular and my husband got spicy. We both loved our meal!!! The atmosphere is super cute too. Naruto is in the window and there are little anime designs everywhere.
Really great ramen, good noodle texture and great umami broth. The shoyu was excellent, tender juicy and very flavorful. I had the Sakai Ramen, which was great but next time I go I will definitely get the shoyu ramen.
