Disappointing dining experience marked by extremely poor service. On a Thursday evening, the bartender Cindy was completely disengaged, spending most of her time sitting in the back on her phone rather than attending to customers.
The bistro has a potentially charming interior, but the lack of attentive staff completely undermined any positive ambiance.
We shared the Octopus for appetizer, was pretty good. Too bad we didn't get any service after that to explore the menu further
We ultimately left after our first round of drinks and appetizer due to the inattentive service. The complete lack of professionalism by the staff, particularly the bartender, made for an uncomfortable and frustrating dining experience.

The addition of chicken also fell short of my expectations. While this particular dish didn’t meet my taste, I believe other menu items might offer a more satisfying experience. Overall, if you're seeking bold, flavorful, and authentic pasta, this place may not be the best option.

This place makes you feel you are a celebrity with 5 star service! Beautiful restaurant! It is very well decorated with a classy style, definitely uptown. The selections on the menu let you know you're in for a treat! The mouth-watering entrees and sandwiches will make come back again and again! They also deliver, and your food arrives piping-hot! I highly recommend this awesome restaurant!
Parking: No parking, parking on the street is not impossible.
First time here at the Franklin bar they have a cute little bar area with seating and more seating for dinning towards the back very cute little place the food is amazing and the service was very good she was very helpful with the menu and drinks We will definitely go again!!
