This Italian deli is a gem! They have classic cold cuts (my family loved theirs) but what really impressed me were the vegetarian options. I tried both the eggplant parm and a veggie sandwich, and both were delicious and made just how I asked (extra vinegar, light oil). The fresh bread and top-notch ingredients made all the difference. Took my buddy to have a chicken vodka parm for the first time at Giovannis Italian Deli in Secaucus. I have been here a few times but he hadn't. Not only did he have the sandwich he took 2 to go. What makes this business so successful is the consistency in quality & taste. Most importantly THE SERVICE. The crew goes out of their way to make sure you leave happy. You must come to this spot if you are in the area and if your not it's worth the trip. Love this spot!!!
