“Alex is an absolute institution in the neighborhood and (even more important), a truly good soul whose kindness makes all of the food taste even better. He knows every family by name, and goes out of his way to look out for all of us. This morning he saw me drop by coffee all over myself on the street and was immediately there with a wet towel and a replacement coffee. “The sandwiches were delicious and what really impressed me was the customer service. I ordered the S3 Fireman and thought the chipotle chicken was shredded chicken mixed with chipotle sauce. I didn't realize it was actually a shredded chicken chipotle cold cut. I love cold cuts, but unfortunately I can't have them at the moment, so I asked if it would be possible to substitute grilled chicken instead. They were so nice and made me a whole new sandwich. I felt bad, but they were very understanding and took care of it without any attitude.

I come here from time to time whenever I'm in the neighborhood. I live in Downtown Brooklyn which isn't that far away, but it's also not close enough that I can just walk a few blocks to grab a sandwich. One thing I really love is their extensive menu.
