I have gone to this location 3 separate times and the same thing happened each time. I always get a sofritas burrito bowl with just rice, sofritas, corn salsa sour cream and cheese. Every single time I ordered the rice, which is the basis of a burrito bowl, is not even filled at the bottom as the rice does not even touch the ends of the bowl. In my 10 years of dining at Chipotle across several locations from west coast to east coast, this is the worst experience I have ever had! I ordered a kid’s quesadilla meal that comes with a taco sized quesadilla +2 sides( rice/meat etc) + a snack + a drink.
I asked the person what if I wanted to add another (taco size) quesadilla. He said he can charge that as a side. I asked him if he can give me only one side that comes with this meal and count this other small...read full review
Every single time I ask for double chicken and double veggies and I get, and I counted 6 pieces of chicken and 5 peppers and 4 onions. They suck! I pay extra for stuff and never get it!
