Ordered a veggie bowl with brown rice, fajitas, black beans, mild tomato salsa, sour cream, cheese and guac. Spent 45 minutes driving there and back home due to traffic. Checked the labels on all the items to make sure they were correct. Get home, open my veggie bowl, there is hardly any rice, 3 peppers (I guess that’s the fajitas), NO black beans, NO tomato salsa, but a HUGE amount of cheese and sour cream. The bowl wasn’t even edible! Unless of course you like the taste of a pile of shredded cheese mixed with sour cream! Tried to call to speak to a manager and maybe get a replacement, but no one would answer!

I try to only leave positive reviews with businesses. However, as a frequent chipotle customer, the Sewell location was the worst by far. Service is horrible, portion size is skimpy, and you are extremely rushed to place order your order. Employees throw the ingredients in sloppy into the bowl. Low proportions and overcharged. Will never return.

I routinely order a salad. Tonight the container was 1/3 filled, with less than 1/2 cup of lettuce. I paid way too much for the ridiculous portion that I was provided. This isn't the 1st time this has happened. Disappointed again.

Done with this chipotle. Went in looking to get chicken with my burrito. The employees told me they were out of chicken. So I proceed to get pork instead. As I make my way to check out, another employee brings out more chicken. So instead of telling me to wait or more will be up soon, they decide to be lazy and make me choose a meat that is $3 more. The service here has always been bad and I've been meaning to right a review for a while. This was the icing on the cake. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Plenty of other Chipotle's in the area with much better service and quality.

I seldom leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my recent disappointing experience at this Chipotle. I've been a loyal customer for three years since moving to Sewell, and it used to be the best option around. However, over the past few months, there's been a noticeable decline. Whether due to new management or directives from above, the customer service has plummeted, and the food quality has suffered. During my last visit, I had to argue with disheartened-looking staff just to get the right amount of food in my bowl. They seemed indifferent, barely adding any cheese until I insisted. They also skimped on rice, which isn't typical, and were rude when I requested both chicken and steak. It's disheartening to see such a decline in a place I once valued. My family and I have been regular patrons, spending over $3k annually, but this level of service is unacceptable.I will be escalating this to upper management.

Chipotle in Washington Twp is a joke! We ordered 2 burrito bowls for delivery and upon opening the bowls they were 3/4 empty and looked like the person who put them together doesn't care about the products they are preparing for paying customers. I will never get food from this location again. Very inconsistent.
