I really want to commend how professionally and expediently staff here handled the unfortunate situation this evening of their mobile order systems going down -- inviting customers inside to have their orders remade, instead of being turned away w/o refund and food as has happened to me at other fast-food chains in the area in the same situation (totally not talking about the Wendy's in Mantua btw).
