“I went here because I heard they had decent gluten free rolls. But having a long day, I forgot to ask for the gluten free for my husband until it was all made. They saw the look on my face when I realized MY mistake and jumped to it said no problem and remade the sandwich with new gloves and utensils so there would be no cross contamination. Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in. Our sandwiches was delicious and my husband was so happy to actually get a real sub and not worry about getting sick.“

“Love the food here. Salads are my favorite food so I am very fussy about quality. The salads are super delicious and always fresh. The service is a pleasure. As a frequent customer, they know exactly what you want to order and make it to perfection. No complaints. Just good everything.“

“Small issue at the drive through with not having exact change. They did not disclose the issue while going through the drive through until after I made payment.

Manager Adam handled the situation quickly and made all parties happy. He probably deserves a raise.“

“There was an error with my order at this location. As it wasn't necessarily a complaint I just wanted to resolve the matter. So I went through the app or I tried to. Went through the website. Neither one was helpful at all! I wound up calling the rest and it was was resolved with that one phone call and employee. Great job!“

“I really want to commend how professionally and expediently staff here handled the unfortunate situation this evening of their mobile order systems going down -- inviting customers inside to have their orders remade, instead of being turned away w/o refund and food as has happened to me at other fast-food chains in the area in the same situation (totally not talking about the Wendy's in Mantua btw). “I have been wanting to try this place for a while and when I remember they are either closed or sold out (I’m late to everything lol) Well we finally ordered today. My husband had the plain steak (he’s so boring🤣🤣) I had the Broadstreet and my son had the BG55. OMG, everything was delicious!! And the rolls were filled! No skimping on the meat here! Oh and my husband said the workers were very friendly! We will definitely be ordering from here again!“
