“The service was amazing. The manager was very accommodating. The only reason why I gave the atmosphere a three star is because it was so jampacked and a very small area. In order to sit down, it would have been about a 15 to 20 minute wait of just standing there waiting. Other than that, I wish I could give them a seven star for their service and food!! I really appreciate how the team acknowledges customers, greets them, and lets them know they will be helped shortly. That shows great communication and respect for the customers. The lobby and bathrooms are always very clean, the food is fresh and hot, and they are always willing to make fresh chicken if you don’t mind waiting.

“Arby's really does have the meat! In my opinion they make some of the best fast food available. It's constantly good and relatively inexpensive compared to some other chains. Arby's also has an imaginative menu that changes frequently with short run specialty meals. The signature roast beef is their mainstay but there are many choices including BBQ brisket, hot ham and Swiss, cheese steaks, sliders as well regular and curly fries. It's not gourmet of course but they have their menu down pat. Roast beef with Horsey sauce and hot ham and Swiss are my favorites. They also have several dessert selections like turnovers and things like peach cobbler. It's a great change of pace to get away from your standard burger joint.“

“I went here because I heard they had decent gluten free rolls. But having a long day, I forgot to ask for the gluten free for my husband until it was all made. They saw the look on my face when I realized MY mistake and jumped to it said no problem and remade the sandwich with new gloves and utensils so there would be no cross contamination. Everyone was super friendly from the moment I walked in. Our sandwiches was delicious and my husband was so happy to actually get a real sub and not worry about getting sick.“

“We came for our son’s birthday and placed an order for 3 3 count boxes, one box meals and a sandwich meal to dine in. The food came out in to go container and they forgot the box meal (understandable things happen) they made everything all over again for dinning in and told us to take the rest home. On the way out the door they gave our kids a couple toys. The manager was amazing“

“I ordered the $30 meal deal on Friday. I had $60 cash on me. We ordered 2 pizzas, some wings, cinnamon sticks and a 2L bottle of soda. My plan was to pay with cash. The total was like $47. Be forewarned, if you place an order before 5pm (at least on a weekday), they use DoorDash to deliver their orders, NOT Pizza Hut delivery drivers. Long story short, I had $60 cash and was going to ask the driver for $5 back. Driver arrived without any soda nor dipping sauces for my wings. Driver also did NOT have any cash on them for me to get any change after tipping so I was NOT happy. I called the store themselves to let them know that my food was delivered but did NOT receive my soda nor any dipping sauces for my wings. The manager I spoke with was absolutely mortified that the DoorDash driver forgot my soda and didn’t have any change for the tip. She went above and beyond to make sure that the situation was rectified. Once the store’s delivery driver arrived at 5pm to Pizza Hut they sent me another large pizza and two bottles of soda as compensation for my bad experience and again they were so apologetic for the mistake. Shout out to the store manager for making things right. Will definitely order from them again, just not before 5pm. Thank you again Pizza Hut for making things right. I really appreciate it!“

“One of, if not the best location in the area. Staff is diverse and extremely friendly. If there are any issues with a meal or service, they're more then willing to make the situation right by you. I had one slight complaint as a frequent Chick-fil-A eater and Signature Member... and that was that their sweetened ice tea was not as sweet as other locations. I voiced that concern to a team member and the problem was looked into and fixed. I see the same staff all the time and no one ever has an off or bad day.“

Atmosphere/Location - in the food court area. So plenty of seating. Also a good to go food for bus or plane. All in one bowl
