I have been a loyal customer for every day for 3 years
2 drinks per day
And most days they mess up my wife’s royal English tea
I brought the wrong card at 530 am Because it was dark -
Instead of giving me a free coffe or make me come back later
They made me go home 🏠 with no coffee and made me come back
I want the manager fired
She is a disgrace

The staff is very pleasant and the establishment is clean. The employees are friendly and keep the line moving fast. One customer had the medicine ball and said it was excellent, now their favorite. Another ordered an iced coffee with nondairy cold foam, but they were out; the staff offered multiple options, gave a refund, and wrote a sweet note on the cup. The incredibly attentive and polite service makes up for the fact that the cheese and fruit plate has been less than fresh. The atmosphere is chill and outdoor seating is friendly, with dogs a PLUS. However, the drive thru can get very busy with a 20 minute wait, and the parking lot is tight as the drive thru line blocks every spot. One customer was asked to tip on a drive-thru order only because of using a debit card, which was confusing. Another placed a mobile order and forgot food; an employee named Kim immediately put the order back in while handling everything else. The whole team works well together.
