“The two young girls that work there are fantastic! I only get a medium frozen coffee once in a while. I am diabetic and always ask for just a drop of mocha or not even half a pump. You would be surprised to know how many I have gotten at other stores that were so sweet that I couldn't drink them.
The girls are an asset to your company. Not only personable but amazingly attentively. They keep the store clean also!

“I will be honest this is now my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts. I ended up coming here because I’ve been to the last other two Dunkin’ Donuts in the area and had horrible experience. I came to this one and even though it doesn’t have a drive-through it was the only one they got my entire order correct to the tea. They were so nice and understanding and did not have any problems with special request. I would recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts to anyone.“

“The employees are so kind and helpful. When I came in with my stockpile of coupons, they took their time to make sure my order got credited for every promotion. As we were about to leave, one of the employees gave us two Munchkins for my restless toddler.The owner was their that day. He was also super nice, and respectful of the employees.I am more of a mom/pop coffee shop kind of person, but I love coming in here as a destination for my walks in the neighborhood! The employees are just so sweet.“

“This spot was the light in the darkness. Late for your flight? Dunkin. Fast, good portions for prices, and nice folk running it. I had a grilled cheese pesto sandwich, 6 piece hash brown (which was wayyy tastier than I expected), and a chocolate Bavarian creme donut. 10 bucks, perfectly reasonable. After a long day, little sleep, and a rush to get something quick before my flight, Dunkin nailed it ?“

“Manny and Fatima run the best DD in the nation. It’s always clean, efficient, quick, and with great employees. I’ve been to many DDs up and down the east coast while traveling, and this one is by far the best!! Whatever they are all getting paid, it isn’t enough.“

“Asked very specific questions about products and prices. Got overcharged for some garbage I didn't consume because the girl at the window nor any other human present in the store count void my order or issue a refund for the correct price. Do not recommend. Also check prices since large signs indicating a specific price were not honored.“

“For mobile orders go to the register to get your food. They either won’t call it out or can’t complete orders with food AND drinks like most Dunkin locations.
Waited 25 minutes while they served dozens of people. Such thing for “skipping the line”.“

“This dunkin is a little slower but they always get my order right. So I'll take the slow over other dunkins getting my stuff wrong. The manager is always friendly and I've never had a worker be rude and I go here probably every other day lol“

“This Dunkin location in Folcroft has very professional staff members that have great customer service skills. But when it comes towards the food, I believe this certain Dunkin location has lower standards of quality in the food they serve compared to any other Dunkin in the area. The quality of food could be better. I'm unsure what's different at this store“
