Best tuna ever! So good we went twice in the week we were on LBI. Lightly seared tuna tartare with bok choy was absolutely divine and so pretty! Wasabi crema sauce (start slowly with the amount of that as it is delectable, but also sinus opening), swirled with unagi sauce (perfect sweet pairing), and when you’ve constructed the perfect bite before you put it in your mouth dip it in the ponzu sauce.
