I used to love this Dunkin, but this year the staff is not it. I have been laughed at and felt judged and made fun of when going through the drive-through just because I have a certain order. This Duncan is completely unprofessional and the staff has terrible customer service. Along with charging extra for things NO OTHER DUNKIN DOES!! In my opinion, a drink should be made to look how it’s marketed and a customer should not have to ask for it to be made that way nor charged for it. Save your time and go somewhere else or go to the Dunkin off the island. They are amazing!!

If you want coffee after dinner this is not the place to go. They are suppose to close at 8;00 pm but they close whenever they want so they can get out early. Went several times on our vacation here and the young lady was very cocky when I asked why they had nothing other then hot coffee or hot tea at 7:00. She said I should be more understanding because they need to clean up and don’t want to stay after hours to do it. They still had another hour to go.then she preceded to tell me there is always McDonald’s next door and shut the window while I was driving away and gave me the finger. Another night they were closed at 6:30. The next night they were closed at 7:40. Go to Wawa and save yourself the aggravation .

Never get the food order or coffee orders right - second day in a row they gave us the wrong food. It happens almost every time. Order a wake up wrap you get a croissant sandwich, order mocha coffee they give you caramel. Not good.

This place has the worst donuts of the 100’s of donut shops i have ever been too. Even Wawa has way better donuts up the street.

AWEFUL! Gave them 3 tries all 3 times a nightmare.
Today, waited in drive up 5 minutes before reversing out.
Went inside waited 5 minutes no one to be found?
Drive down the road to Wawa they greet you and give you service.

Terrible attitude from the young woman at the register. They ran out of donuts and I wanted a return bc their mobile ordering doesn't align with their inventory. She became rude and condescending when she couldn't scan my original mobile app payment for the return as if it was my fault. She then demanded the original physical card payment even though I have only paid dunkin through and app for years. I eventually just used an Amex card from my phone's digital wallet. Apparently I could have just received a return from any type of card physical or digital. I lost minutes of my life.
