Cute little sea side café. Seating is cramped and the tables are small. Especially for the size of one pancake. The pancakes are huge! Bigger then most people's heads. They also didn't have a lot of flavor and there weren't that many blueberries. The waffles were very delicious and the fresh fruit is always a nice touch. Our waiter Mike was phenomenal! He recited all the specials and explained some of the unique menu options. It's definitely a place to check out.

Every single yearly vacation to LBI we make it down to the Sandbox Cafe. If you LOVE breakfast as much as my family, than you’ve found your spot. Everything from stuffed French toast to their omelette’s are amazing. My son had the nacho’s and yes they were loaded and amazing. The waitresses are incredibly friendly and really know their menu too. Lots of eclectic items to look at while your eating. From old boat and statues to a myriad of other items. LOVE Sandbox Cafe. They have 2 locations and each one is as cute as the other. Don’t miss out, get to the Sandbox!! You’ll be glad you did.
